Catering FAQs

  • From weddings and birthday parties to corporate events, festivals, and private gatherings — If people are celebrating, Aroi Mango is there!

  • For catering, we’ll create a set menu and charge per guest or item. For vending, we sell directly to attendees, usually with our standard menu, though custom options are available upon request.

  • We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your date. For larger events, booking earlier is ideal to ensure we can plan everything perfectly.

  • Aroi Mango is based in the Lehigh Valley and happily caters to surrounding areas. If you're outside this region, reach out, and we'll see what we can do!

  • We prepare everything at our commissary kitchen. You can either pick it up at a designated time before your event, or we can deliver it — free for larger orders ($500+) or for a small fee for smaller ones. Reach out to discuss what works best for you!

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date or provide a fair cancellation policy.
